Hi everyone!

Its another beautiful day here! This is the day that the Lord has made and I love every minute of it! I especially enjoy the sunshine. I would live in Maui if the Lord would just call me there (and move my church and my family!) I guess I'll have to continue to visit once in awhile!

I'm going to share Psalm 113 with you today:

Ps 113:1-9
1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.
2 Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore.
3 From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the LORD's name is to be praised.
4 The LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.
5 Who is like unto the LORD our God, who dwelleth on high,
6 Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!
7 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;
8 That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.
9 He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD.(KJV)

There is never a time when we are NOT to praise the Lord! Every day and all day He should be hearing our praises from grateful, thankful hearts! He's given us eternal life, heaven as our home when we leave this earth, and every GOOD thing in our lives! James tells us:

James 1:1717 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.(KJV)

Every good thing comes from Him. We all have so much to be thankful for, especially living in this country. And the amazing thing about God is that you can't outgive Him! The more we honor and praise, worship and adore Him, the more He continues to pour favor and blessings into our lives. He delights in our prosperity!

Ps 35:2727 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.(KJV)

Remember that prosperity means being in control of the situations in your life. His righteous cause is to have as many people recieve Jesus as Lord and Savior as possible! I favour that cause. Someone cared enough to share the Gospel with me, how could I not do the same!

I hope you all have a wonderful holiday weekend, remembering our brave soldiers all over the world and the ones who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom. And most especially, The ONE who paid the highest price of all, Yeshua (Jesus) our Messiah!

Shalom to you all!

Robin

Hi everyone!

I hope you are having a very blessed day! I wanted to share with you a link to a very powerful prayer for Israel video:

http://www.acwitness.org/psalm83english.html

It is amazing and powerful! Copy it and send it to everyone you know that loves Israel, and even some who don't. It may wake them up!!! You can also send it from the site itself, just look below at the end of the video.

I'm going to leave you with this today because I believe it is very appropriate to the time we're living in. Check out Joel Rosenberg's site for more up-to-date news on Israel.

I'll continue with Psalm 113 tomorrow. Have a very God-blessed day!!!

Hi everyone!

Getting ready to have Fenori's girls and baby boy for the weekend! Very exciting! She can use a break! Fessers had a problem with a spiking fever and a seizure. Deuce knew to go and pray right away! She's doing well now, thank you Lord Jesus!

T.L. is in Israel and having a great time. His battery in his cell phone ran out so we won't hear from him for a few days, but he is doing fine. We're going to see J.A., Bean & Bug in a couple of days to go out for supper and keep them company, although they are used to T.L. being gone. He was so busy leading up to his graduation that they didn't see much of him at all. They're really looking forward to having him home after his trip.

I wanted to share another of the Psalms our Pastor has been teaching on in his Praise series:

Ps 112:1-10
1 Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
2 His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.
4 Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.
5 A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.
6 Surely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.
7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.
8 His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies.
9 He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour.
10 The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.(KJV)

These Psalms (111, 112, 113) are Psalms of prosperity! God does want His people prosperous (meaning being in control in your life, not under the control of others!). This Psalm says that the person who fears (reveres & worships) the Lord and delights in (keeps, obeys) His commandments will be blessed and have wealth and riches in his house. In referring to the upright and the righteous, we know that we have been made the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ:

2 Cor 5:2121 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.(KJV)

We have right-standing with the God of the Bible because of what Jesus has done for us. We have the right to stand in His presence as if we've never done anything wrong and to become all that He has planned for us to be! How awesome and humbling and precious! I am who God says I am, whether I look like it to you or not! That's how He sees me and that's good enough for me!

Have a very blessed day!

Good morning everyone!

What a beautiful day it is today! Our Pastor has been teaching on praise from Psalms 111, 112 & 113. This is the way God wants His people to prosper! Here is Psalm 111:

Ps 111:1-10
1 Praise ye the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation.
2 The works of the LORD are great, sought out of all them that have pleasure therein.
3 His work is honourable and glorious: and his righteousness endureth for ever.
4 He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered: the LORD is gracious and full of compassion.
5 He hath given meat unto them that fear him: he will ever be mindful of his covenant.
6 He hath shewed his people the power of his works, that he may give them the heritage of the heathen.
7 The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his commandments are sure.
8 They stand fast for ever and ever, and are done in truth and uprightness.
9 He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name.
10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.(KJV)

He has commanded His covenant FOREVER!!! When God blesses someone He means it to be forever. The only time covenant is broken is when WE break fellowship with HIM by disobedience to His Word. We've all done that, but praise the Lord for 1 John 1:9! It's our way back into fellowship with Him and a renewal of His covenant of promise in our lives. Dare to believe all that He has said in His Word! Dream big, we have a very big God!!!

If you have never received Jesus the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) as your personal Savior, then this means nothing to you, because it doesn't belong to you. But is there any reason you can't receive Jesus as your Savior? He did all that He did for YOU!!! Click on The Spoken Word Church site link for the prayer to be born again and don't stop there! Find out how to be filled with the Holy Spirit and be endued with power from on high! It's a fabulous, powerful, blessed life He has given us to live here. Yes, there WILL be persecution for those who will live godly in Christ Jesus, but what is that compared to the awesomeness of His presence in us and heaven as our home when we leave this earth!

Have a very God blessed day. Keep a grateful and thankful heart!

Hello everyone!

I am so grateful for the fact that this is the day that the Lord has made! Everyday with Him is absolutely amazing! I wanted to share a piece I found on love:

The following is an expanded interpretive translation of
First Corinthians 13:4-8

“Love patiently and passionately bears with others for as long as patience is needed;

Love doesn’t demand others to be like itself; rather, it is so focused on the needs of others that it bends over backwards to become what others need it to be;

Love is not ambitious, self-centered, or so consumed with itself that it never thinks of the needs or desires that others possess;

Love doesn’t go around talking about itself all the time, constantly exaggerating and embellishing the facts to make it look more important in the sight of others;

Love does not behave in a prideful, arrogant, haughty, superior, snooty, snobbish, or clannish manner;

Love is not rude and discourteous–it is not careless or thoughtless, nor does it carry on in a fashion that would be considered insensitive to others;

Love does not manipulate situations or scheme and devise methods that will twist situations to its own advantage;

Love does not deliberately engage in actions or speak words that are so sharp, they cause an ugly or violent response;

Love does not deliberately keep records of wrongs or past mistakes;

Love does not feel overjoyed when it sees an injustice done to someone else but is elated, thrilled, ecstatic, and overjoyed with the truth;

Love protects, shields, guards, covers, conceals, and safeguards people from exposure;

Love strains forward with all its might to believe the very best in every situation;

Love always expects and anticipates the best in others and the best for others;

Love never quits, never surrenders, and never gives up;
Love never disappoints, never fails, and never lets anyone down.”

That's God's Love (agape) operating through us! Isn't it wonderful that people will be able to see Jesus in us WHEN we act like this! Only by His ability can we do it, but guess what, we HAVE His ability in us IF we have received Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior! If you haven't, click on The Spoken Word Church site and you will find out how and a whole lot more! Have a great God-filled day!

Hi everyone!

I know it's been awhile again! We celebrated with T.L., J.A., Bean & Bug on Thursday as T.L. recieved his Masters Degree in Social Work. He has worked extremely hard and J.A. & the girls have had to be without him for alot of time while he pursued his degree along with work and research. We are very proud of him and all that he has accomplished! Now he is in Israel on a much anticipated trip. We can't wait to hear all about it!

Here are some pictures of the graduation:

T.L. on stage with his degree & his hood
Bug on stage with daddy & Bean wearing daddy's cap

J.A. & T.L. in reception area

I had seriously planned to post every day and share something uplifting from the Word of God, but with all that has been happening with the new grandson and the graduation I haven't been able to. I will try to do better!

I hope all the mothers had a great Mother's Day and that we all took the time to remember and appreciate the wonderful mothers we know!

I will leave you with this:

Col 1:9-14

9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:(KJV)

May the Light of the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ shine in your hearts! If you don't know Him, ask me, I will be glad to tell you all about my very best friend & my Master & Commander!
