Hello everyone,

I hope you had a very blessed Christmas! We went last Thursday to watch Bean and Bug in their Christmas program. We then went out for supper and stayed to tuck them into bed. Here are some of the pictures from that trip:

Bug in her pretty green velvet dress getting her hair done by Mommy.

Bug is right in front of the two boys in white shirts in the top row and next to a girl in a red dress.

Bean is right in front on the far left end.

Bug and Grandma at the restaurant we went to for supper.

Bean figuring out the puzzle on her place mat.

Bug is enjoying her orange soda and Grandma is still helping Bean!

Playing tic-tac-to with bean while Bug looks for the ice in her soda.

Bean is figuring out another puzzle!

Bug was very patient waiting for her food which took a very long time!

Grandma with Bean and Bug getting ready for bed.

Bean is taking turns with Grandma reading the goodnight story. She reads very well!

Here is Bug posing for Grandma's camera while Bean looks on.

Bean had her turn to pose!

Bean pretending to sleep for the camera.

Bean on the top bunk and Bug on the bottom.

Bug with her favorite book about horses.

Bean and Bug both ready for "lights out" and Grandma and Grandpa getting ready to head home!

We had a very good trip both ways. The program was fun and we got to see Bean and Bug's other Grandma, which is always a treat! We were able to play some games, eat out to belatedly celebrate the newest grandchild to be born in June and visit with everyone. Now we're looking forward to seeing everyone again at T and Fenori's this Saturday to celebrate Christmas with them. I will have more pictures then.

I hope you have already decided on your goals for 2008 and have them written down. The Bible says:

Prov 29:18 (KJV)
18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

And it also says:

Hab. 2:2 (Amplified)
2And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision and engrave it so plainly upon tablets that everyone who passes may [be able to] read [it easily and quickly] as he hastens by.

It is very important to have God-given dreams, goals and visions and to write them down so that you can focus your faith on what is really important to you and your family. Dare to dream BIG, we have a VERY BIG God!

Have a wonderful New Year's celebration!

Shalom,

Robin

Hello everyone,

Here are some recent pictures of T & Fenori's children. I stayed with them while Mommy and Daddy went Christmas shopping and had a lot of fun! Then we went there on Sunday afternoon to watch Deuce and Lili in their Christmas program. They did a wonderful job and we even got to hear T as he delivered the message for the evening. A very fun day. Here are the pics:

Fess is wearing Mickey "House" ears, but all that you can see is the band for under the chin.

Now they're on right!

Deuce posing for Grandma's camera.

Lili started to smile, but Grandma was too quick!

Fess is adorable!

Grandma had to get in on the act!

Grandpa holding Zoo who is dressed in his Christmas suit.

Fess in her Christmas dress, she was adorable, again!

Lili in her sweater and scarf for the Christmas program.

Deuce in her sweater, scarf and gloves for the program.

Zoo with Grandpa.

The "gang"! Deuce, Lili, Fess with their brother, Zoo, in the front.

Lili and Deuce singing with their friends from church.

Fess thoroughly enjoyed the little candy canes that were given out, you can see some evidence on her dress!

Grandma holding Zoo, who couldn't keep his eyes open any longer!

Zoo all ready for bed and being tickled by Mommy!

Fess, Deuce and Lili holding part of a Christmas present they received from one of the families of their church.

This was the other part of the Christmas present they received and they LOVE them! The hooded bath towels were made by a lady from their church and have their names embroidered on them. Very cute!

It sure is a busy time! We now travel tomorrow to T.L. and J.A.s for Bean and Bug's Christmas program. I should have more pictures to post then in a couple of days.

While you're busy about your Christmas preparations, don't forget to REMEMBER the Reason for this season! We may not know the REAL time that Jesus was born as a baby in that manger in Bethlehem, but we DO know that He came to this earth to live as a man.

Philippians 2:5-11 (Amplified)
5Let this same attitude and purpose and [humble] mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus: [Let Him be your example in humility:] 6Who, although being essentially one with God and in the form of God [possessing the fullness of the attributes which make God God], did not think this equality with God was a thing to be eagerly grasped or retained, 7But stripped Himself [of all privileges and rightful dignity], so as to assume the guise of a servant (slave), in that He became like men and was born a human being. 8And after He had appeared in human form, He abased and humbled Himself [still further] and carried His obedience to the extreme of death, even the death of the cross! 9Therefore [because He stooped so low] God has highly exalted Him and has freely bestowed on Him the name that is above every name, 10That in (at) the name of Jesus every knee should (must) bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11And every tongue [frankly and openly] confess and acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

He never stopped being God. However, the Bible says He set aside His deity to be born as a human being, live His human life on earth without sin, operate by the power of the Holy Spirit in setting people free, die a horrific death on the cross as He BECAME sin with your sin and my sin and sick with your sickness and my sickness, defeat the devil after spending three days in the pit of hell, rise again from the dead and transfer all the power and authority given to Him to His body, the church. That's us! Jesus expects us to do the same works He did while on the earth, and even greater works! Let's be about our Lord's business of setting people free. That's the best "Birthday" gift we could ever give to Jesus!

Merry Christmas to you all and Happy Birthday, Jesus!

Shalom,

Robin

Hello everyone,

Some new pictures:

Fess got to do the first day on the Advent calender.

Deuce holding Zoo. He's almost too big for her to hold!

Fess had a wardrobe problem!

Deuce and Lili holding Zoo for a picture.

A cute family picture!

It's traditional to do at least one "funny face" picture!

Deuce and Lili share a sisterly hug.

Zoo loves his food!

That finger always helps it go down, though!

Fess REALLY enjoyed her pizza!

Lili likes hers with Ranch!

Fess always smiles for the camera, even while eating her cookie!

Lili and Deuce are having a tickle fight!

We had a lot of fun when we stopped here after doing our Christmas shopping. We made it home before any bad weather hit. Now it's been snowy and VERY cold. So much for global warming! Send some here, okay?!

We have a very busy time ahead and I should have many more pictures to share with all of the Christmas programs coming up. With all of the busyness, don't forget the REAL reason for the season! We may not know exactly when our Savior was actually born in that stable, but we do know that He came and He died and He rose again! He IS the reason we celebrate! And He IS the most important message we can share with others. Have a most blessed December!

Shalom,

Robin

Hello everyone!

Here are a few more of my pictures. The first three are from the week or so before when T and Fenori went to the Packer game in Green Bay.

Grandma made brownies and Fess loves them!

Deuce enjoyed her brownie and you can't even tell she had one!

Lili loves chocolate ALMOST as much as Mommy and Grandma!

These next pictures are more from Thanksgiving weekend.

Fess wanted to try Grandma's water.
Bug liked playing with her cousins more than watching the parade on TV.
Deuce and Bean in the blue bedroom.

Deuce and Lili playing in the hallway.

Zoo is happy to be with Aunt J.A.

Already a little poser for the camera!

These next pictures were taken at the school playground with T.L., J.A., Bean, Bug and Grandma. It was VERY cold that day, but the girls had fun!

Bean and Bug on the bouncy bridge.

Bean came running across, but Bug wasn't too sure about this one.

It's very hard to get a picture of Bug where she looks right at the camera. We usually miss her eyes, and they're so pretty!

Yay! We finally get an open eye shot!

Bean likes posing for the camera!

Bean on the part of the playground equipment that looks like a log roll.
Bean just "hanging on".

Bug getting into the playground car.

Bean riding on a frog.

T.L. really, really looks cold!

J.A. and Bug riding on the purple dinosaur.

Bean riding on the wing of her plane.

Bean walking on a balance beam with Bug getting a little help from Mommy.

We had a lot of fun those days. There was so much going on that it's good to be able to look back at these pictures now and remember the fun.

Don't forget to take time every day to fellowship with the Lord and to thank Him continually for all the good things in our lives! Develop and maintain a thankful , grateful heart, always, and you will place yourself in position to continue to be most blessed by God! Every day!

Shalom,

Robin
