Here are the rest of the pictures from Deuce's 8th birthday party. We went out for lunch, then bowling, then shopping, then cake and presents! It was quite fun!
Fess found one of the hats she wears in the summer.
Posing by the piano picture gallery!
What a cutie!!!
Here's the birthday girl at one of her favorite places: Famous Dave's!
Zoo is LOVING the chocolate milk through a straw - he won't drink it at home!
Fess is showing HER approval of the chocolate milk!
Lili having fun, too!
And don't you forget it!!!
The whole crew!
Someone offered to take one with all of us!
Deuce's special birthday dessert. Those were big sparklers shooting up in the air!
And THIS is her special dessert: three scoops of very good vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and hot fudge! Yum!!
After lunch we went bowling. It was the first time bowling for the kids and the first time in MANY, MANY years for Grandpa! T and I just supervised the little ones while Grandpa and Fenori bowled with the girls.
Here's Fenori showing Fess how to push the ball in front of her.
Deuce and Fess watching someone's ball.
How's that for form!!!
Deuce has been watching how it's done and does a pretty good job!
This is FUN, FUN, FUN!!!
Will she get them all?
The girls had great fun and so did we, watching them! Deuce won among the kids, but only by 2 points over Lili! Fenori beat her dad, but she HAD been bowling a few times recently! Great fun!
Back at home for supper.
Deuce LOVES corn on the cob, but she had a loose tooth so it was a little difficult!
When we went shopping for Deuce to pick out a few of her own presents, she wanted to get her sisters something! Lili LOVES that her sister thought of her!
They each picked out a new princess doll when we spotted them on sale. Cinderella has always been Deuce's favorite!
Fess picked out Snow White and Lili picked out Aurora (Sleeping Beauty).
Fess showing us one of her funny faces. Too cute!!!
Deuce coloring in the new book she picked out.
Grandma, with her new haircut and color, with Zoo.
Deuce liked that she could draw, color and write stories in this book.
Opening her cards and some presents.
Getting ready to blow out the candles.
Daddy trying to make it a challenge!
After baths and showers, they were ready for a little dancing!

It's kind of hard to tell from that expression!

A little more dancing and then time for bed!
It was great fun! Now this weekend we will be traveling to see them again. T.L., J.A., Bean, Bug and Smidge will be coming for a visit also. Grandpa and I have reserved a suite in a hotel with water slide for the night. We plan on having the 5 older girls over night in the King Suite! It will be loud and fun! I'm SURE I'll have plenty of pictures to share of that!
Enjoy the last of the winter, stay in the Word and prayer, buy up every opportunity to share the Good News! Someone's eternity depends on it!
Shalom in Him,
Robin
